We want you to love your Cigarette Lamp. If it’s not right, you have 30 nights from delivery to return it.

How to start a return

Email support@lampcigarette.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions.

Condition

Please return the lamp in its original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition, packed carefully — it’s a diffused-acrylic piece.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method in EUR, normally within 14 days. Original shipping is refunded for faulty items; return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be your responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us — your statutory rights (including the EU legal guarantee) apply in full.
