Cigarette Lamp (“we”, “us”) operates lampcigarette.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU GDPR. The data controller is Web Window OÜ (Estonian registry code 17163769), Maakri tn 19/1, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia; contact privacy@lampcigarette.com.
What we collect
- Order data — name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details, collected when you check out.
- Payment data — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, performance). Optional analytics that use cookies only load with your consent.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order confirmations, handle returns and support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the site. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, and (for optional analytics) your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), and any analytics provider you consent to. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires; other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email privacy@lampcigarette.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
